Air Conditioner RepaiR & Maintenance Tips
Change Your Filters Regularly. One inch pleated type filters should be changed once a month. Your filters may need changed more frequently if you smoke or have pets.
Coil Fin Repair and maintenance. The coils and condensers in an air conditioning unit can be easily bent. Make sure you keep them free from bushes and other obstructions.
Spraying the outside unit with a garden hose will help keep the coils clean from debris.
